G NAV question help

You are flying 090C heading. Deviation is 2W and variation is 12E. Your TAS is 160kts. You are flying the 070 radial outbound from a OR and have gone 14nm in 6mins. What is the W/V?

090C - 2 = 088 + 12 = 100T

Using Speed = Distance / Time = 14 / 6 x 60 = 140kts

I am struggleing from there on.........

Thanks in advance for the help

You need to find Track/GS and Hdg/TAS to calculate W/V

You have got GS=140Kts and Hdg 100T

To find Track, you are flying the 070M radial which is 082T

TAS is given as 160Kts

Punch it into the whizz wheel to get W/V

Don't have mine with me so can't get the answer right now.
