USA Power Converter

Can anyone recommend a good power converter (which can be bought online) for 120-> 240v so I can charge headsets, phones etc as usual while in the US?

Cheers

Check the power supply for your devices. You'll often find they're autosensing & accept 120 to 240v. Most of mine are. You'll only need a plug adapter. There's heaps of those on the market & quite cheap. Pick one up at the airport when you go. BA even have a universal one as part of their in-flight duty free.
