"Keynotes for Pilots" CPL book. Anyone read it?

Can anyone who has read "Keynotes for Pilots The JAA CPL Skills Test" give me their opinions on the book?

It digests the CAA Guidance Notes for CPL nicely and gives you some excellent rules fo thumb for passing the CPL. However, no more than a good instructor will give you.
