Flight Planning and General Nav feedback

Is anybody able to sort me out with some questions for the above subjects. I failed them during my stage 1 sitting last year and they are, along with Pof and Perf, my final exams. Any help would be appreciated guys and gals. I'm not exactly looking forward to the 3hr dance around the desk at Silsoe again! Those charts just won't fit!
