Can anybody tell me the best place to do my PPL in the next couple of months. Obviously want to get it done asap so need the weather etc. Cost not too much of a problem but obviously want to keep it low.

If you want to do it in the next couple of months then the UK is out!
Try USA/SA/NZ/AUS, if price is not really a problem then the worlds your oyster.
Have a look on the search part of this site there is loads of advice from opinions to fact? You just have to choose which is which.
The back of various pilot mags have all the adverts in as well including the latest costs, browse and ye shall find
