FTC accident

Could someone please confirm or otherwise whether or not there was an accident in an FTC aircraft ZS-ONA fairly recently. I heard that they were practising engine failure after take off but when they attempted to apply power to go around, nothing happened so it became a real engine failure after take off. Have an interest in this as I flew it a while back and when I was doing the run up checks, it died. Instructor just said 'it happens sometimes on this one' in a nonchalant manner. Thought at the time it wasn't a good attitude - looks like that attitude could have caused a serious accident. As it is the N1 had to be closed to get it off the ground.

Oh dear, hope they were ok?! If they closed the N1 it would have been rwy 35 if i'm correct? Plenty of places to put down there thankfully. That is a cracking aircraft too!
