twil pay a visit later this month with wife and brood, staying at the Marriott Resort (can't remember name).

Can anyone suggest a flying club on Majorca from which I can rent a PA28 or a 38 at a push?

My experience of these Balearic type places is that the level of checking-out that is required often makes the whole thing unviable.

(Unless of course your wife is not pleasant company and a lot of hot and sweaty airtime is preferable to her company!):rolleyes:

Front up at Son Bonet (near Pont d'Inca) airfield and ask around. Sloane Helicopters have an operation there and should be able to point you in the right direction.
