twil pay a visit later this month with wife and brood, staying at the Marriott Resort (can't remember name).

Can anyone suggest a flying club on Majorca from which I can rent a PA28 or a 38 at a push?

My experience of these Balearic type places is that the level of checking-out that is required often makes the whole thing unviable.

(Unless of course your wife is not pleasant company and a lot of hot and sweaty airtime is preferable to her company!)

Son Bonet

Front up at Son Bonet (near Pont d'Inca) airfield and ask around. Sloane Helicopters have an operation there and should be able to point you in the right direction.
