Jar Ppl (a) In Germany?

Can anyone out there tell me if it is possible to complete a JAR PPL (A) in Germany - no-one seems to be able to answer the question over here so i am turning to you. I already have a PPL (H) and want to complete a PPL (A) JAR which will allow me to fly in Europe. Or is it possible to complete the German Flying Licence Syllabus and then convert? Any comments much appreciated. Cheers all. Any contacts out there in Germany?

hallo Plankflyer,

JAR-FCL has only been introduced in Germany since May 1... and we are having massive problems with it!
If you find the proper school, you should have no problem now to finish your PPL (A).. I don't understand exactly what your problem is, but send me a mail, maybe I can help. If I understand you right, you have a pre-JAR-FCL PHPL?
