Yak 52

Hi there,

I am wondering on whether to buy a YAk 52 or not.
Did receive much information about several sellers, but still have doubts as I have never flown the aicraft.

Can anyone help me reach a decision?!!

Thanks,

Soares2

You're deciding whether to buy a '52 or not and you've not even flown one?

Are you real?

Soares,

Penso YAK e penso d'o palavra "agricultura"! Felizmente, so tenho menos que quinze horas d'entro uma cinquente-dois.

Cumprimentos

Soares,

No preste ninguna atención a Stik. El Pitts es una avispa enojada. El Yak es un cisne! (apologies to all native speakers of that elegant language).

If yo uare very lucky perhaps SSD might be persuaded to send you the text of his article from Pilot about three years ago, in which he so splendidly captured the character of the Yak-52.

Aw, shucks :~)))

...... Or he could buy a back-issue of 'Pilot' March 2001.

Hmmm, wait a couple of months and you'll get a Firefly 260 for decent dosh I suspect. Now there's an aircraft!

'Cause that's the issue it appeared in. And the pics were quite good, too ;~)

Well in fact I have never flown the YAK, but I have heard so much about it that I am considering buying one. However I will not do so before I try one out.

Regarding the pilot article, its is indeed amazing,

Does anyone know if there is a Yak52 for rent near Kent?

Cheers
