Las Palmas (Hire)
Just got a quick break at short notice to Gran Canaria this weekend
anyone know if possible to hire from Las Palmas (SE) or anywhere on the island, thanks for any info you can give.

Yes, the airfield's called El Berriel about 3 miles north of San Agustin, head south from the main airport and you can't miss it, there's a DC6 or something outside.
The entrance is bit tricky to find.
I haven't got their phone number to hand but look them up on the net and give them a ring, don't bother emailing they don't
reply.
Various PA-28's for hire and possibly a 150.
Funny opening times, they have a siesta!
