This Great Circle Mapper works well for distances between airports with 3 letter IATA codes. Not as much detail as the one above but handy if you don't know the co-ordinates.
Why do it if it's not fun?

I've always used this site, which is pretty good, but not specific to aviation. Will have to try out some of the other suggestions!

Well you could put a ruler on a chart !
Or ask a nice man like me who has a copy of Navbox on his desktop.
That gives me 209.4nm on 193 true track.
Not all that cheap at £70, but worth every penny nonetheless.

Distance Finder
Dude~
I can recommend this site for your flight planning, it has a worldwide database and can ID your airport using many parameters. Its the section at top right.
Good luck

Just tried it out.
The distance is 209.4 nms
Initial heading is 193.8 (T)
And it does not cost a penny/pence, help yourself!
