Maybe a dumb question, but..
A single seater 3 axis microlight in Europe is usually too heavy to qualify as an ultralite under FAA part 103.
Is it therefore acceptable to log hours in one on the same basis as a normal single engined aircraft for those of us with FAA PPLs?
