Good Morning All,
I am sorry to ask a question that I am sure has appeared here a thousand times already, but I will beg your indulgence.
Can someone break down the $$ cost, time commitment and skill level to be reached that is necessary to be able to fly a plane safely in most conditions I would encounter in New England; think John Kennedy Jr.

A little bit of an open question, but send me a private message, and I'll try and help you. I am actually living in RI at the moment and fly out of TF Green / Lincoln. Let me know if you'd like to come up some time, as it's good to experience it before you shell out a ton of money!
