Microlight License Medical Requirements

I am researching the medical requirements to fly microlights internationally.
I understand that Part 103 in the US makes umtralighting self regulatory, and that the Aussies require the same medical standards as a driving license.
Does anyone know what other countries require?

The Republic of Ireland requires a JAA Class 2, and I think (but am not absolutely sure) that Germany does as well.
