300 Way skydive recordattempt in Eloy (AZ)
Man can you picture the formation for dropping 
They got 13 Twin Otters and a Skyvan... this is why i love skydiving where in the civil world do you get the chance to fly formation with such a number of airplanes!

So that's what it was!
All I could hear on the Unicom frequency (150 mi away at Payson) was a broadcast message: "All traffic avoid the overhead at Eloy" or similar. Wondered what they were up to.
Of course in the UK we'd all read it in the Notams, wouldn't we.
