Check 'A' - Light Aircraft Maintenance Schedule

I am after a copy of the requirements for a Check A which used to be specified (probably still is) in the Light Aircraft Maintenance Schedule - might it be posted on the www somewhere?

A copy of the LAMS should be attached to the aircraft log books .
