Aircraft rental Cancun, Mexico

Anyone know if you can hire light aircraft anywhere in the vicinity of Cancun? What are the licence requirements, etc.? Thanks

Don't bother, Mex. is for commercial and Mex aviation unles you are fluent in Spanish.
