Glasgow Flying Club Website?

Hi there,
I have been searching endlessly for a website of Glasgow Flying Club (just assuming they have one you see!) Does anyone know if they have one and what it is if they do? Just so I can see membership rates, current aircraft rates, facilities etc etc.

Thanks,

Ross

I think that this is the address you want www.glaair.co.uk but it doesn't seem to be up and running at the moment.

Talking

Hi

The address is http://www.glasgowflyingclub.com/

They have recently updated the website. It has full details of aircraft rates and membership fees.

About 2 weeks ago I did my first solo at GFC in one of the 2 Tomahawks. I have found it to be an excellent place to learn especially if you fly during the week.

You should pass in one day and have a look around. I am sure there would be someone there to answer any quesions.

Martin

I think the figure around the Club was £160 per hour wet inc. VAT to which you have to add the landing fee at 'PF of £15. The owner is a ppruner so he might let you know more if he sees this....

£160 doesn't seem too bad for a hugely sexy machine that'll outrun a Seneca. Just curious, though as unfortunately I'm based at the other end of the country renting out scabby pa28s !

Hope the chap does well with it, and if he's ever in the SW (only an hour and a half away in that thing!) he'd have a very willing passenger/renter !
