I gave mine to the next owner when we sold the AC12.
Not aware of any on-line source for them. I don't think Transair stock them any more, either, so I reckon you'll have to borrow the aircraft's one and stand over a photocopier. Or write to the present manufacturer to see if they'll sell you one.
