Try contacting Mercury Air Center at the Fort Wayne International Airport, Fort Wayne Indiana. I believe that there is an L-39 for sale there as well as some other former military jets. They should be able to put you in touch with the owners.
Another good source is Trade A Plane published out of Crossville TN, they also have a web site.

I can't remember the exact title, but there was a thread on here a couple of months back to do with 'jollies in jets' or something. There was a guy contributing there who operates an L39 and a few others (Hunter etc) so he might be some help if you can track down the thread.
