Licence Revalidation section filled up
Request for assistance.
I have a PPL licence form 141 issue 1.
Section XII Certificate of Revalidation is now filled up (15 boxes). How do I get an extension? Would anyone know the form reference number. (I've searched the CAA website without success).
Assistance most appreciated.

Most examiners will have a few spare for when needed. Alternatively, send an email to fclweb (at) caa.co.uk requesting some Certificate of Revalidation continuation pages.
