Haven’t been able to access the Jeppesen JDM system to update the database. Piper Forum reporting Jeppesen victim of cyber attack. Anyone else having problems?

Yes: several people on COPA report similar problems. I don't know if it's a cyber attack or just normal Jepp incompetence.

There was also an email doing the rounds a few days before asking people to log into their accounts that might have been phishing but it's not certain.

I've just managed to log in to the JDM. It's been a few days of outage though.
