Another Wingly Promotion
Another promotion for Wingly. Great until it all goes wrong and people die in the channel.

It’s interesting to see who owns this aircraft and it is easily done via the CAA G-INFO website (a limited company).
It’s similarly interesting to see, via the Companies House website, the declared details of the purpose of this company i.e. “Other amusement and recreation activities not elsewhere classified” and the accounts thereof.
I’ll leave others to judge whats going on here.

What puzzles me are the insurance issues. Does the premium go up with such flights or are the insurers even unaware of the risk?
I guess if the worst happens with an aircraft registered to a limited company the operator is ring fenced from any legal challenges.
