SOLVED // LBA - Authorization of a receiving agent

Anyone (German resident or office) to be recommended as "Receiving Agent" in accordance to LBA rules in Form 14.
General Aviation, Private use, D registered plane in other EASA land.
The lady we expected to cover that task is retired now, so we must look for other solution.
LBA-No. 14
Date 2019.05.14
Authorization of a receiving agent

It might be useful if you describe in more detail your exact requirement.

the LBA might well stand for Luft Bundes Amt* - the German CAA. But indeed the request could be more clear.

*or was it LuftfahrtBundesAmt or some such?

[ Nachtrage: consult https://www.lba.de for further enlightenment ]

LBA have rule for case that the owner of D registered plane is not German resident.

In that case the owner must provide above attached form 14 => Authorization of a receiving agent,
within Germany. That can be an office or person. Acting like sort of snail mail post box...
Hope, it is clear enough now

The least you could do in courtesy, is to describe the solution.
That would make the thread valuable if anyone comes up with a similar question.

The solution is to go to EASA community network
there are more tips there than stupid questions
