SOLVED // LBA - Authorization of a receiving agent
Anyone (German resident or office) to be recommended as "Receiving Agent" in accordance to LBA rules in Form 14.
General Aviation, Private use, D registered plane in other EASA land.
The lady we expected to cover that task is retired now, so we must look for other solution.

the LBA might well stand for Luft Bundes Amt* - the German CAA. But indeed the request could be more clear.*or was it LuftfahrtBundesAmt or some such?

In that case the owner must provide above attached form 14 => Authorization of a receiving agent,
within Germany. That can be an office or person. Acting like sort of snail mail post box...
