Little Mongeham

For those of you following this story/saga:

Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (As Amended)
Proposal: Change of use of land to an airfield to include a runway, helipad, erection of 2no.
aircraft hangars, flight office and toilets, workshop/plant storage building, glamping for 10no.
pitches, associated parking and a vehicular access track
Location: Manor Farm, Willow Woods Road, Little Mongeham, CT14 0HR
The Planning Committee meeting on 13th October 2022 will be held in the Council Chamber and
will start at 6pm.
.
If you are successful in registering to speak, you will have to attend the Council Chamber in person
to speak for 3 minutes in support of, or in opposition to, an application. We would encourage all
public speakers to leave the meeting after the conclusion of their item in order to free up space for
members of the public wishing to attend for the following applications.
In order to ensure that the meeting is as well ventilated as possible, all the external doors to the
Council Chamber will be kept open during the meeting. As a consequence, the temperature can
drop quite dramatically in the Chamber during evening meetings, and you are therefore
encouraged to wear warm clothing.
The Council is broadcasting meetings of the Planning Committee live through our website. These
are broadcast using Microsoft Teams and a link to view these meetings can be found on the web
page for the agenda a couple of days prior to the meeting. We do not record the meeting broadcast
and it is therefore not available for viewing after the meeting.
If you have any Covid symptoms or have tested positive you are asked not to attend the meeting.
Applications to speak should be submitted via the Council's website. You will be notified by the
Democratic Services Officer if your application to speak has been successful.
The deadline for registering to speak is 5.00pm on Tuesday 11th October 2022.

The Committee Agenda, including the report and recommendation on the application, will be
available to view a week before the Committee Date on our website:

Might be a little early for the guide - perhaps at least wait until after the meeting!
