Brooklands LFA

Apologies if this is a daft question - does anyone know if Brooklands LFA is permanently activated? I'm not averse to speaking with Heathrow Radar but I suspect it's / I'm an annoyance they could live without!

A quick look at the eAIS for London Heathrow EGLL, AD 2.22 para 9 would suggest that it is, subject to PPR from the Brooklands Museum Trust. It also suggests that Heathrow Radar's approval is only needed if special VFR is required. The Museum Trust can presumably give you chapter & verse.
