Hour-Building on aircraft

Hi there,
Have a question about hour-building, Can I hour-build for a PPL on a "Vans RV" or a "Aeroprakt Vixxen" or are they not allowed?
Many thanks,

Assuming you're from Kazakhstan, it all goes down to what regulations are there in force I believe, specifically whether Vans considered an ultralight (since aeroprakt surely is an ultralight). It's best to ask from your flight school, or contacting your CAA directly.
