PPL FAA with IFR

Hello,

I'm gonna have an interview to convert my EASA license to a PPL FAA, I need an IFR FAA based on my license, will I have to be cleared by the TSA, to pass the FAA knowledge written exam?
Thank you for your help.

You don't need TSA clearance for knowledge tests. But you must have registered in IACRA and received an FTN (FAA Tracking Number).
