Yes, some years back. They were a bit slow and relatively expensive but claim to run a comprehensive test schedule on your unit. It's still unused, fortunately!
Yes I used Spare Marine for my Kannad PLB battery replacement last year and I was happy! Quick service, 48hours if I remember. Came back fully tested and resealed. All good.
