Arizona Airline Training bonanza?

I’m just over 1000 hours, need a time building plane. instead of buying a 172 or 150 I have seen ATCA bonanzas pop up for sale here and there. They are usually gone within a month or two but I have no experience with that place.

The last time one came on the market I sent a mechanic down and he commented the only thing orginal to the plane is the interior and registration plate, everything else is overhauled or new.

They have high aircraft time but the books I saw, Lufthansa didn’t waste any expense in maint. At the price they sell them for I figure I can keep 10-20k on the side and if I get a few hundred hours without much expense I can move on.

I'd be very surprised if the interior outlasted the rest of the aircraft. I hope you didn't pay much for that assessment.
