GPS Rollover 2001 NMS

i have a 2001 NMS unit in my Grumman which I use for VFR only flying. It used to be IFR certified in the airplane it came out of so it has the 12 satellite GPS engine. Anybody know if it will still work after the roll over ?

Garmin bought the ARNAV product line but don’t support it anymore.
