Empty of weight of a Grob 115C

Can anyone help me out by posting the empty weight of a GROB 115C of their recent acquaintance? I've got my eye on one to buy, but its useful load seems much reduced from what it should be, for no discernable reason. Some comparison data would be much appreciated.

Also, has anyone converted a 115C (with yokes) into a 115C1 (with sticks)? Did removing all that yoke machinery save much weight?

1,500 lbs say up to 1,600 with extra instruments etc added.

Only about 600-700 lbs useful - so not unusual for there to be an issue with full fuel and uz fat blokes.

Do not know about sticks vs yokes.
