Any comments on the quality of the grass runway and actual dimensions. Run and distance figures vary from place to place.

Anybody been in an SR22?

funnily enough i was there on Sunday (first time) and found it a little bit bumpy but quite usable, it’s about 40ft wide and run of areas at both ends of the runway over and above the stated length,

friendly folk with tea and biscuits thrown in for a £10 landing fee, honestly box if no one is there, It strictly PPR because they are limited to the number of
movements per day,
my Aircraft is a Europa tri gear with relatively small wheels in comparison to yours so shouldn’t be a problem,IMO

So, must we now consider this field as "unavailable"? Permanently?

Presumably all perfectly legal in accordance with the lease. However still sounds like a very unpleasant way to go about taking possession if noprior notice was given.
