Anyone have any experience of the status of Restricted Area 196 A and B which are north of Gap Tallard on the route from Grenoble?

Activation by NOTAM from 01st JAN to 30th JUN and from 16th SEP to 31st DEC
Except :
WED from 1100 (SUM -1H) to SS
SAT, SUN and HOL
FRI list 1 published by SUP AIP from 1100.
