JAR Skills Test Document
I know this sounds like a pretty annoying question to post but my flying school sell JAR Skills Test Documents for 10 pounds. However, i have been told that there is a publication downloadable on the CAA website.
After trying to search for it i cannot find it so i was wondering if anyone knew what the name of the publication was (ie CAP...).
The reason i ask this is that im trying to save as much money as possible towards flying time and other needed equipment so if i can get the document for free, then why pay for it.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Graham

I think you need:
Standards Document 19, Version 2. Notes for the guidance of applicants taking the PPL Skill test (Aeroplanes)
As ever, Adobe's Acrobat Reader is required to read it. However, it's in LASORS (£5+P&P) so I'm not sure why your school charges you a tenner for it. I'd definitely recommend buying a copy, if only for the GA Safety Sense leaflets in it - look here for more (and I'm not CAA ).
In general, a good place to start looking for answers to licencing questions is:
