TheOddOne,

I guess that depends on your hangar ... ours lives in its own glider style T hangar - so no problems.

If we were based at a "regular" airfield then it would live, very cheaply, in an "average" hangar - with the wings folded.

The "rough weather" also isn't really an issue - generally when it's "rough" it's also thermic, so really quite desirable.

But then I'm speaking as someone used to the environment where aircraft live in trailers - you have to start the day by assembling them (so, maybe, a little more tolerant of minor inconvenience).

As with everything: You pays your money and takes your choice
