Flying schools (ideally Nav) in London

Good afternoon,


Can anyone help? I'm looking for a flying school, inside the M25, ideally SW that will sit down for a day of flying school and get me up to scratch on nav. I have passed all my other PPL exams so I want to get this one finished and properly understand it.
