I am from Poland too (but living in the US). Witamy!
You may want to visit a very good Polish forum: lotnictwo.net.pl
There you will find a vibrant discussion about various options to get your PPL for a reasonable price. However I doubt very much you can get it for less than 5000 Euro anywhere these days. If you read that forum you will find a typical cost of a PPL in Poland these days at around 25-30 tys. zl.

Welcome Zvezda,
You may find that some locales have differing aircraft operating costs, and that's worth researching, if the travel costs become justified. Otherwise, shopping for the cheapest in training is not always the best plan. The quality of your training, is your flight, and maybe life safety. A cost reduction strategy can be to share the ownership cost of the aircraft. In particular, that provides you with a continuing lower cost aircraft after you earn your PPL.
