Getting a Australian PPL current in Europe

Hi!

I live in Sweden and I am looking to convert my Australian PPL to a Swedish to continue my flying here.

However to do so i need a current ICAO PPL, which means a flight review. As I am not so keen on flying back to Oz to get my flight review (I haven't been flying for a few years) just to be able to convert my PPL to EASA,
is there any way to do an Australian flight review in Europe?

Appreciate any help!

Axel
