I get the impression that this kid is honest and that she really will fly the trip solo. None of the deceitfulness which marred an entirely less "Honourable" endeavour by a serial deceiver with whom she shares gender and little else.
I see that she departed Daytona, en route to Columbus Ohio. She almost cleared Florida, but made a sensible decision not to tangle with a line of thunderboomers and so divved to Jacksonville.
