Shame - I'd entered but a farm labourer's chores are never over. As I'm still here I do not realistically expect to manage it down for an 0800 competition briefing. Very dissapointed.

Would really have enjoyed discussing the finer points of AoA calib with you and talking Supercubs/Langeweische! "How abstruse...."

I WILL be at Fenland next w/e to compete (if the weather permits me!)

No, I guess not. Ah well, next time: if all goes well, they're planning to hold the comp yearly. By that time, I should have my AoA indicator up and running so you can come and field test it on the approach to Lundy Island and other interesting Westcountry strips.
