Low flying over Aberystwyth
A few of my colleagues have said that there's been a lot of low flying over Aberystwyth yesterday. Some kind of 'black bulbous' aircraft, very noisy and probably with a propeller (yes, I know... I had to work hard to establish even that), at 100 metres or less (I know people are awful at guesstimating the height of aircraft overhead, but 'lower than my window' sounds reasonably reliable).
The only people who fly that low usually are the military, and the RAF are generally too professional to do so over a town. My guess would be on some visiting, lost military aircraft like the yanks who treated us to a supersonic boom a year or two ago. I can't see anybody on FR24 between 16-17.00 when it was seen.
Any ideas?

Drug squad plane looking for heat signature from grow houses? Or Trump sending out the USAF P3 Orion to scout out nice places to invade, occupy then build a golf course.
