I will have my PPL exams in Brussels, Belgium soon. Anyone knows a good question database?

Whopity is right. I am going to add , sometimes some caa publish their question database online ( poland , serbia, slovenia, finland have a question bank online) . In the case of Belgium I guess you have already looked the question database on their website. Other CAA across Europe are very secretive, and not even the school you are in will tell you anything, in this case maybe someone that you meet in the school i.e. another student will help you to get the questions, someone helped them before and now they are helping you out.

Supposing you did your ground training in another country. If no one else can help you in this forum. I suggest first try to email some schools, and ask for help. To be honest I don't think they will help you, but it's worth giving it a try. and second just try to get in contact with another student, go to the facebook page of one belgium school, look up in the likes/friends or whatever list, there's a chance this person is or was a student there, and knows how things work and maybe will help you. this is what I'd do in your situation if I were out of options
