EASA (CAA) PPL Revalidation by Experience in USA

Hi all,
I am off to Arizona with CTC in January to do the flying part of an MPL, absolutely can't wait!

Just wondering if that flying will count when revalidating my UK PPL's SEP rating by experience.

I intend to not fly in the UK any time soon but there's plenty of time to get the form signed by a UK examiner once I'm back.

Very many thanks.

The hours will, but you cannot claim any instructional time as your 'hour with an instructor' unless that instructor holds an appropriate European FI/CRI rating.
