CAA UK and training in Poland and RT exam

I am currently enrolled at a well known modular school in Poland where I am planning on doing also my CPL and ME-IR training, but this matter at the moment is only about PPL so that's why I am posting here.
The situation is this: I hold a Polish class 1 medical and was thinking of moving it to the UK CAA so that I would be tested under the UK CAA and have a PPL issued by the UK CAA rather than ULC (Polish CAA).

If I convert my medical to the UK CAA, do I have to take the RT exam and ICAO English proficiency exam in the UK or can I take them here in Poland and have them issued on my PPL by the UK CAA?
