Transponder Repair

I have a pair of old Collins TDR 950 transponders and neither seem to be working - is there anywhere in the South East that people can recommend to bench test and possibly repair these?

From South-East UK, South-West NL is not overly far - there's an excellent avionics shop at EHMZ Midden-Zeeland. Not sure if forum rules allow posting details.
