Mystery airstrip in Kent

Browsing OpenStreetMap I came across a mention of an aerodrome at coordinates 51.1792540 N 1.2809450 E but without any further detail.
Satellite photography seems to confim there is a runway, though with trees at the northe end.

Is this an active airstrip? What is it called? Is it listed in some www aerodrome index?
