PPL

Hi all, I'm keen to learn PPL first and will move on to a CPL if I feel that I can handle a plane well/suitable to be a good pilot.

As I am a foreigner, I will be flying into the US to take my PPL. Hence, location will not be a problem for me (i.e California/Florida/etc). I'm currently working in my own country so I can only take 2-3 weeks leave just to learn a PPL and budget although not as important but will be good if price is not expensive.

Would like to get some advice on which flying school would you recommend me based on these requirements:
1) Location is not an issue, I can go to any location in the US to learn
2) I must be able to get a PPL in 2-3 weeks (assuming I am able to study on my own first before flying over for exams and also assuming I am able to clear all tests on my first attempt)
3) Good availability of planes and helpful instructors so that I wont exceed 3 weeks.
4) Should I do it under Part 61 or 141?
5) Cost of the PPL program is secondary but will be good if it is not too expensive.

Many thanks to all in advance!
