All inclusive training abroad ?

Hello,

I've only got 8-9hrs logged for my ppl, doing it at weekends or when work isn't in the way. I'm fed up with booking week after week and the weather stopping my flight which then if I haven't flown for a few months I feel I'm back to square one ! I'm seriously looking into a intensive course abroad, has anyone else done this ? I'd also like somewhere which includes accommodation etc

Suggestions/advice please ?
